Subscription terms.
How monthly Medium and Heavy access, billing and cancellation work.
Monthly access
Medium is offered at £29 per month and Heavy at £79 per month during early access. Each subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Tax treatment must be confirmed before live paid billing is enabled.
Changing tier
Medium and Heavy are one ordered access system: Heavy includes the Medium workspace. Existing subscribers must change tier through the Stripe Customer Portal rather than open a second concurrent subscription.
Cancellation
You can manage, change or cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal from your paid workspace. A cancellation scheduled for the end of the billing period keeps the subscribed tier active until that paid period ends. There are no cancellation dark patterns.
Failed payments
A past-due subscription receives a seven-day access grace period while payment is resolved through Stripe. Unpaid, cancelled, paused or expired subscriptions lose paid access. Project records are retained for 90 days after access ends to support reactivation or export, then may be deleted unless legal or operational requirements require longer retention.
Billing records
Stripe handles card information, receipts, invoices and payment-method changes. Deleted Time stores Stripe customer, subscription, price and status identifiers, not complete card details.
Early-access boundary
The subscription provides access to the described early-access workflow. It is not unlimited consulting, unlimited model usage, guaranteed delivery or autonomous production operation.
