The site does not use behavioural advertising or invasive tracking. Deleted Time processes only the information needed to answer enquiries and operate paid access.
Concierge enquiries
When you submit a Concierge enquiry, the information and any attachments you provide are sent privately to Deleted Time for the purpose of assessing and responding to your enquiry. Delivery infrastructure processes this information on Deleted Time’s behalf. It is not published or sold.
Basic delivery metadata—including a submission identifier, date and time, source page and a limited referrer where available—is included so the enquiry can be securely tracked and followed up.
Medium and Heavy accounts
Paid access stores your account identifier, email address, sign-up timestamps, entitlement tier, project name, project intake, evidence, assumptions, current decision, next action, links, notes and workflow status. Supabase provides authentication and database infrastructure. Access controls are designed so signed-in users can access only their own project information, while paid entitlement changes are restricted to trusted server processes.
Billing
Stripe processes card and payment information and provides receipts, invoices, cancellation and payment-method management. Deleted Time stores Stripe customer, subscription, price and status identifiers so access can follow the actual subscription state. Complete card details are not stored by Deleted Time.
Export and deletion
Authenticated users can export their Deleted Time account, project context, outputs and safe entitlement references from Your data. They can also delete their authentication identity and owned project data after paid access has ended. Stripe financial records are not deleted through this control. Deleted Time retains only pseudonymised billing references where required to preserve financial and accounting integrity; the final retention period requires legal and accounting approval.
Retention
Paid project records are retained while access is active and for 90 days after access ends to support reactivation or export, unless legal or operational requirements require a different period. The authenticated deletion control can remove deletable project data earlier after paid access has ended; legally or operationally required billing records may be retained.
Email contact
When you contact Deleted Time by email, the information you provide is used to respond to your enquiry. It is not sold.
Third-party media
The homepage loads Vimeo only when you choose to play the studio film. Vimeo may process technical data under its own privacy terms.
